“We believe that thanks to the mutually beneficial cooperation we will be able to reveal the hidden reserves of the project and we will be able to provide our tenants and customers, despite the high age of the building, with superior services. The cooperation is only at the beginning, but I am sure that both companies are ready to provide the required management approach and quality services due to their experience and the stable background of their parent companies,” concludes Peter Kremnický, Operations Manager at CBRE.
In September it was one year since Termming, a member of the ENGIE Group, took over the thermal management of the municipality of Kanianka. The intention was to connect the two circuits of the heat distribution systems of the existing boiler houses and to reconstruct one of the machine rooms. The plans are now beginning to turn into reality.
