SM policy and certificates

The management system policy is based on the code of ethics and the organisation’s strategy. It develops mainly in the areas of development and improvement of the organisation’s business activities, with the main focus of its efforts on the quality fulfilment of the requirements and expectations of customers and other interested partners, on the continuous improvement of its activities in the field of environmental protection and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, identification of activities within the framework of information security management and the introduction of risk assessment criteria in accordance with the standards STN EN ISO 9001, STN EN ISO 14001, STN EN ISO 45001, EN ISO/IEC 27001 and STN EN ISO 50001.

By adopting a quality management system policy, the management of the company commits to and pursues :

  • Establishing and maintaining clear rules in all activities and processes throughout the organisation,
  • Achieving full compliance with customer requirements, needs and expectations by knowing and anticipating customer needs,
  • Compliance with legal and other environmental, health and safety and OHS requirements related to our area of operation,

  • reducing operating costs, saving energy, raw materials and other resources for us and our customers,
  • Continuous development of energy saving activities in the field of facility management and heat production and distribution,
  • promoting the procurement of energy-efficient products and services that have an impact on energy management,
  • Design/project activities that take into account improving energy management,
  • Ensure regular training of employees in the areas of quality, environmental protection and energy conservation, occupational health and safety and occupational health and safety,
  • demonstrably comply with the requirements of applicable legislation when processing information , with an emphasis on the protection of personal data,
  • to meet and comply with all applicable requirements of established standards, to continuously develop and improve the established management system.
