For ENGIE, decarbonisation is not an abstract goal, but a new standard that brings opportunities. The implementation of low-carbon projects allows to combine environmental, technical and economic benefits and prepares companies and society for a stable and sustainable future.
Termming, in agreement with the town of Senica, is preparing a large-scale modernisation of the central heat supply. The project aims to ensure more reliable heat supply, more stable prices for households and at the same time significantly reduce the burden on the environment.
The aim of the modernisation is to increase the efficiency of the system, expand the use of renewable energy sources and bring a more stable and environmentally friendly heat supply to the residents.
The new project will bring 50% natural gas savings, significant emission reductions and is a model for the decarbonisation of industry in Slovakia
In the new urban zone in Bratislava, we have installed a heat pump system with a total capacity of 2.5 MW, which will provide efficient heating and cooling for the entire development project.
It requires a combination of analysis, strategy, implementation and long-term operation. Choosing a partner that can deliver end-to-end value for the client – from data to energy solutions with real impact – is key.
Major modernisation projects included the replacement of distribution lines in several cities, the installation of new heat generation sources and the construction of cogeneration units that allow the combined production of electricity and heat.
In recent years, we have successfully connected several new residential and multifunctional buildings to the existing CZT (Centralized Heat Supply) […]
