Since the new year ENGIE Services has been providing technical and infrastructure management and building maintenance services for 10 facilities of IMMOFINANZ Services SR. Specifically, these are STOP SHOP business parks located in various locations in Slovakia. The cooperation will last until the end of 2020.
The Slovak STOP SHOP project belongs to a chain of stores located in eight countries and in 70 locations with a leasable area of more than 460,000 m². STOP SHOP parks have a uniform appearance and their simple design guarantees a high level of brand recognition. They appeal to their target group thanks to their distinctive architecture and special services such as greenery and playgrounds. In terms of catering, they offer a modern concept of street food, using and favouring regional producers. STOP SHOPs are a sympathetic alternative to the crowded and often expensive shopping parks in the city centre.
“We are pleased that the satisfaction of our current clients with the quality of our services, which we are constantly trying to improve, is paying off. The proof is the new clients we are gaining on the basis of good references or expanding cooperation with existing clients. This is also the case with IMMOFINANZ, for whom we have been providing technical management and maintenance services for the Polus City Center Shopping Center and two office buildings, Polus Tower 1 and Polus Tower 2, since November 2017.” says Tomáš Korpáš, Senior Project Manager, Development Division, ENGIE Services.Within the STOP SHOP project, ENGIE provides the client with a wide range of services from its portfolio. In the field of technical operation and maintenance, this includes the care of heat sources, health and safety, electrical installations, HVAC and other technical equipment. Other areas of cooperation are property management, energy management, cleaning and extermination services, green and winter maintenance and security services.
