ENGIE Services has been providing comprehensive management, maintenance and repairs of the groundwater level control system and stormwater drainage in the Nitra Strategic Park since May 2017. Based on the results of the retreat in May this year, the successful cooperation will continue.
SPP has extended the contract for maintenance and operation of its facilities and equipment with ENGIE Services for a further 3 years. ENGIE, which has been providing technical property management services for SPP since 2008, has thus seamlessly built on several years of successful cooperation between the two companies.
Since the new year ENGIE Services has been providing technical and infrastructure management and building maintenance services for 10 facilities of IMMOFINANZ Services SR. Specifically, these are STOP SHOP business parks located in various locations in Slovakia. The cooperation will last until the end of 2020.
“We believe that thanks to the mutually beneficial cooperation we will be able to reveal the hidden reserves of the project and we will be able to provide our tenants and customers, despite the high age of the building, with superior services. The cooperation is only at the beginning, but I am sure that both companies are ready to provide the required management approach and quality services due to their experience and the stable background of their parent companies,” concludes Peter Kremnický, Operations Manager at CBRE.
ENGIE Services has been providing technical and environmental management services for ČSOB in the new Zuckermandel multifunctional building in Bratislava since April 2017. This follows on from the mobilisation phase of the cooperation, which included engineering activities carried out prior to the commissioning of the building and started in June 2016.
ENGIE Services has defended its position as a provider of technical property management services for KraussMaffei Technologies, with which it has been working since 2010. Through the new contract for an indefinite period of time, it will continue to provide comprehensive property management services for its manufacturing plant in Sučany.
ENGIE Services has been providing operation and maintenance of technical equipment at the Samsung campus in Voderady since August 2016. It has thus continued its previous successful eight-year cooperation in the field of sewage and storm water drainage.
Cofely, which has an advantage over other Facility Management companies in terms of its diversified portfolio, sees the link between Energy Management and Facility Management as key in the provision of services in this area.
The EcoPoint building in Košice was officially awarded the LEED certificate on 23 September 2014. The EcoPoint Office Center green building has thus been definitively ranked among the groups of buildings with a responsible approach to the environment by receiving the international award. Cofely, a.s. participated in the construction project and the actual implementation. The project was designed using the best technologies on the market with an emphasis on economic and environmental aspects.
