SPP has extended the contract for maintenance and operation of its facilities and equipment with ENGIE Services for a further 3 years. ENGIE, which has been providing technical property management services for SPP since 2008, has thus seamlessly built on several years of successful cooperation between the two companies.
ENGIE Services provides SPP with services related to the maintenance and operation of 250 facilities with a total area of approximately 200,000 m² and approximately 10,000 facilities throughout Slovakia. It takes care of three types of facilities – administrative, operational and other (warehouses, workshops, garages, premises). Within the technical facilities ENGIE also operates 6 CNG filling stations for the subsidiary SPP CNG, which operate in self-service mode (24/7).
The range of activities ENGIE provides for SPP within the scope of comprehensive technical property management includes preventive, operative and extraordinary maintenance of contractual facilities, machinery and equipment, inspections, servicing and operation of equipment, professional inspections and tests, and summer and winter maintenance of the premises.
“We are proud that we have managed to extend the contract for the provision of technical property management services with such an important client as SPP. The extension of the contract confirms the high quality of the services we have delivered over the past 10 years, as well as our helpfulness and commitment to meeting the client’s expectations within the framework of mutual cooperation. I am confident that thanks to the fact that we know not only the facilities and equipment, but also the employees on the client’s side, as well as the possible synergistic use of other services from our broad portfolio, we will be able to continue to provide SPP with high quality and value-added services,” concludes Tomáš Korpáš, key account manager, ENGIE Services.
