ENGIE Services has been working with Punch Property and Punch Precision since 2018. In March last year, it successfully completed the project of supplying and installing the wiring in the ZF Friedrichshafen production hall SO 02 and in the Punch Precision administration building SO 01, which are located on the Punch Campus Detva. In the same year, it started the supply of the wiring in another Punch production and warehouse hall SO 03, which it completed in May 2020. Since July, ENGIE Services has been providing the company with comprehensive technical property management services.
Introducing Punch Precision and Punch Property
PUNCH Precision is a global supplier of aluminium forgings and chassis components. Punch offers its customers a full range of services including engineering, simulation and mass production. Punch Property Slovakia is a real estate development company that is gradually building the Punch Campus Detva industrial complex in Central Slovakia. The construction of the campus with a total area of 100 thousand m² is expected to be completed in 2021.
Phase 2 of the project – supply of wiring for the Punch Hall SO 03
In August 2019, ENGIE Services started the project of supplying and installing electrical wiring for the production and warehouse hall Punch SO 03. As part of the implementation, the company built a transformer substation with a transformer capacity of 2 x 3.4 MVA. In the production hall, ENGIE Services supplied wiring for lighting and production technology, which was connected to a Schneider busbar system with a current load of up to 5,000 A. ENGIE Services provided the installation of power and low-current wiring (structured cabling), voice fire alarm (HPS) and electronic fire alarm (EPS) in the building. In addition, an intake detection system was installed in the EPS section. In addition to the standard supply of measurement and control (MaR), ENGIE also provided MaR for the cooling part of the production technology.

Technical real estate management for objects in Punch Campus Detva
The cooperation with Punch Precision does not end with the handover of the work. On the contrary. Since July this year ENGIE Services has been providing the company with technical property management services for all the facilities at the Punch Campus Detva. The package of services includes professional inspections and tests of electrical, gas and pressure equipment, inspection and calibration of nanometers and pressure gauges, prophylaxis and thermal imaging measurements of switchgear, inspection of lightning conductors and campus outdoor lighting, servicing of low-current systems, metering and regulation, operation of switching and transformer stations and emergency service.
