Property and Facility Management
ENGIE provides Property and Facility Management services for logistics clients as well as Asset Management services for park owners. ENGIE strives to digitize everything it can. Energy services

ENGIE offers clients a static and dynamic energy mix with an emphasis on meeting the A0 criteria. Within the static mix, it generates and distributes energy on-site, through transformer stations, boiler plants, cogeneration units, photovoltaics or batteries for deviation control. In contrast to the static mix, in the dynamic mix ENGIE conveniently purchases green energy through a PPA model (virtual power plant).
“Modern technologies today allow us to produce energy more efficiently, for example, by using waste heat, through IoT solutions collect data related to energy consumption or measure humidity in logistics halls.
