Since April this year ENGIE Services has continued its successful cooperation with Allianz – Slovak Insurance Company. The company has expanded its services and provides comprehensive property management in all regions of the country for the largest universal insurance company in Slovakia.
Allianz has been active on the Slovak market for several decades and offers a range of innovative insurance products: from life and accident insurance, through private property and motor insurance, to insurance for industry and entrepreneurs. The company is part of the Allianz Societas Europaea insurance group.
ENGIE Services has been cooperating with Allianz in the Western Slovakia region since 2012. In 2017, ENGIE started to provide its services for the insurance company also in other regions of Central and Eastern Slovakia.
Since April this year, ENGIE has expanded the scope of its services to include comprehensive asset management. As part of comprehensive property management, the company provides, in addition to the management of contractual facilities, real estate operation and technology servicing, energy management, technical services and repairs, technical Facility Management (inspections, servicing, professional inspections and tests of technical equipment), CAFM, HelpDesk and emergency response.
