That is why, on the occasion of Diversity Day, we became a signatory of the Diversity Charter Slovakia. This initiative brings together organisations that voluntarily commit to promoting diversity, inclusion and a fair working environment.
For us, these principles are not just an add-on, but the foundation of a healthy and functioning work environment. An environment in which people feel accepted, can develop their potential and contribute to shared success.
The Diversity Charter Slovakia today brings together 179 organisations from business, public and non-profit sectors. We are pleased to have become part of a community that actively contributes to creating a more inclusive work environment in Slovakia.
