ENGIE Services provides technical property management services for the new headquarters building of the courier company DPD in Slovakia from October 2021.
DPD’s warehouse and headquarters in Bratislava’s Pharos locality were put into operation in autumn last year. The new depot, with a total area of almost 28,000 m², uses state-of-the-art sorting technology, thanks to which it can process up to 10,000 parcels per hour.
In October 2021 ENGIE Services signed a contract for the provision of technical management services with Tale resort, the owner of the DPD facility in Pharos, Bratislava. The scope of activities of the technical management includes dispatching services, electrical inspections, inspections and tests of technical equipment (air handling, EPS, heat pumps, 140 gates in the depot and others).
“We are proud that we have managed to win a new client from the segment of transport and courier services. In addition to the standard contracted services, we are ready to provide the client with additional services from our broad portfolio. The new, high-tech depot will require a modern approach in terms of the provision of technical management services, especially in the area of digitalization, in which we specialize. We are already looking forward to working together and are confident that we will not disappoint our client’s trust,” concludes Tomáš Korpáš, Director of the Property Management Division of ENGIE Services.
