NOTICE:

1. The provision of data by job applicants is voluntary and without consequences, with the understanding that this data may be processed by the potential employer for the purpose of the selection procedure, processing the applicant’s personal data to the extent of the CV necessary for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “OOU Act”).

2. The applicant acknowledges that he/she is responsible for the truthfulness of the personal data provided to the potential employer. In the event of changes in the data provided during the validity of the selection procedure, the applicant is obliged to inform the potential employer in writing of the changes.

3. The period of processing of personal data is determined by the end of the selection procedure, unless the candidate agrees to extend this period in accordance with the registration rules of the company with which he/she participates in the selection procedure within a maximum period of 2 years from the selection procedure. The applicant may withdraw his/her consent at any time.

4. The applicant declares that he/she has read the information regarding the processing of his/her personal data by the potential employer on the company’s website www.engie.sk/gdpr in accordance with the PPE Act and the GDPR.

5. If the applicant provides his/her CV through an intermediary employment agency with which we have a business relationship, it is necessary to comply with all the terms and conditions of the processing of personal data of this agency, which we are also obliged to comply with.
