Technical and operational management of the building

  • Regular operational inspection of the building and technical equipment.
  • Operation, operational control and minor repairs of technical equipment and building parts.
  • Energy management and optimization of energy consumption.
  • Emergency.
  • Supervision of the performance of professional inspections, tests and servicing of technical equipment.
