Goal: The audit was prepared as a basis for the certification of the building with the LEED system for sustainability and quality of buildings.
The proposed actions took into account the audit objective and focused mainly on sustainability and the quality of the internal environment. The following adjustments were listed as a proposed set of measures with regard to the effectiveness of the investment:
- Ventilation of the building in the summer at night (2:00 – -5:00)
- Reduction of the performance of the pumps of the cooling engine room during night hours
- Energy management and secondary metering – cold (EE) and heat (HP)
- Modification of the hydraulic connection of the heat exchanger in the air handling unit
- Replacement of fans in air handling units
- Reconstruction of the boiler room
Estimated savings:
- 886.8 MWh of energy per year (saving 1,390.015 tonnes CO2eq/year)
