We are proud, that this year we were able to defend our victory from last year and together with Innovatrics we won the award 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗸𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗦𝗔𝗔𝗙𝗠 𝟮𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 for the technical Facility Management of their new headquarters in Bratislava – one of the most biometrically and technologically advanced buildings in the world.
The award is given annually by the Slovak Facility Management Association, the organiser of the 𝗗𝗻𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 conference. It was no different this year when we received the award from the hands of SAFM President – Silvia Nagy.
ENGIE Services was the main partner of the conference and during the lectures there was also a presentation by the Sales Director Róbert Ruňanin on the topic ▶️ CO₂ emissions are changing the market situation: buildings that will not survive the future.
And the Innovatrics project is an example of a building that will not only survive the future, but will represent and create it.

AI, Facility Management, Energy and Biometrics are all connected into one ecosystem. From shading blinds according to the position of the sun to managing air quality, the building communicates with people, collects data and optimises operations in real time.
🔄 Flexibility and efficiency:
Bus systems reduce cabling and increase space flexibility. Intelligent shading, natural air circulation and digital management via a BIM model make the building operation a living, adaptive system.
