Project description

– The service of data collection from secondary meters provides continuous monitoring and data collection from metering devices installed in the premises intended for rent in Carlton Property’s buildings in Bratislava.
– The data collection provided in this way contributes to a reliable redistribution of consumption, thereby motivating tenants to save energy.

Scope of activities:

– energy management – evaluation of natural gas and electricity consumption,
– optimization of technology management: air handling units, boiler room for heat supply and hot water production, 2 chillers providing cooling.

Project outcome:

Without the need for investment funding, the annual energy savings due to energy management measures were:
– Natural gas: 15%
– Electricity: 15%
