Project: retrofit MaR (Measurement and Regulation) for Zvolen Europe Shopping Center

Scope of activities:
– preparation of project documentation,
– dismantling, delivery and installation of a new MaR control system.

Management of operational areas:
– HVAC (ventilation, heating, cooling),
– FC (Fan-coil) units,
– boiler room,
– lighting and cooling,
– photovoltaic panels.

Specific: The project was implemented during the full operation of the shopping centre.

Results and benefits of the project:

  • Increased efficiency: the new control system has improved the overall efficiency of the control of technical equipment, leading to lower energy consumption and optimised operation of all key systems.
  • Improved comfort: ensuring a stable temperature, optimum ventilation and proper lighting have contributed to improved comfort for visitors.
  • Energy savings: more efficient management of cooling, heating and photovoltaic panels has helped to reduce energy costs.
  • Smooth operation: Thanks to the implementation of the works during night hours and coordinated work, the daily operation of the shopping centre was not disrupted.
