I hereby revoke the consent of ENGIE Services a.s., with registered office at Jarošova 1, 831 03 Bratislava, ID No.: 35 966 289, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the District Court Bratislava I, Section : Sa, Insert No.: 3744/B, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU EPaR Regulation No. 2016/679 and pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts ( hereinafter referred to as " the Act "), with the processing of my son's/my daughter's/my ward's personal data, which I have granted to you for the following purposes: the use of my son's/my daughter's/my ward's image in the form of a photograph and a video in the context of my publishing and promotional activities on the website - www.engie.sk, on social networks, in the online magazine, in press releases, on ENGIE's intranet and in the company's printed materials.

I acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

I also ask you to comply with § 23 (1) (c) of Act No 18/2018 Coll. delete my personal data from your records without undue delay, unless there is no other legal basis for their processing (e.g. a legal obligation for archiving under special regulations or technical unavailability of implementation).
