Guaranteed Energy Service (GES)
Are you thinking about upgrading your facilities and streamlining your operations, but lack the necessary investment funds? We offer you energy services with guaranteed savings – GES (Guaranteed Energy Service). In addition, the investment costs associated with energy saving measures are repaid from the savings achieved in operating energy costs.
What is GES?
GES (Guaranteed Energy Service) is a contractual agreement that allows to increase the energy efficiency of projects (buildings, equipment) and ensures its financing from future expenditure The GES provider undertakes to carry out measures (e.g. replacement of the boiler room, insulation) that will lead to energy savings and at the same time guarantees the amount of these savings.

Instead of paying for energy, the GES recipient pays for a savings guarantee. The benefit to the GES recipient is lower future energy expenditures and technology upgrades without the need for capital on the part of the owner The savings guarantee leads to greater accountability for the quality of the work delivered. GES can be used in both the private and public sectors. Measures of different scales can be implemented in the form of GES.
