In the period from 19. 1. 2022 for the entrance to the building “Ring”

In view of the current situation Covid 19, for the protection of life and limb and in accordance with current legislation*, only clients in OP mode are permitted access to the Housing Management operation.

For the purposes of this Decree, a person in the COVID-19 vaccinated or survivor regime (hereinafter referred to as the “OP regime”) shall be deemed to be:

a) the person has been fully vaccinated,

b) a person who has a contraindication to vaccination against COVID-19 within the meaning of the expert guideline of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic on the contraindication to vaccination against COVID-19 (hereinafter referred to as the expert guideline of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic) and who is also able to prove

with a certificate of exemption from vaccination according to the professional guidelines of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and

a negative COVID-19 test result no older than 72 hours after collection in the case of an RT-PCR or LAMP test or 48 hours after collection in the case of an antigen test,

c) a person who has had COVID-19 disease within a period of not more than 180 days previously.

The operator providing the services shall be entitled to require the person entering the establishment to produce a relevant document proving any of the above facts. The operator of the establishment shall be entitled to inspect that document.

Persons not in possession of these receipts are prohibited from entering the building.
