Project start date: May 2020 Scope of services:
– Approximately 400 public buildings, tertiary buildings, transport, supply and energy consumption are covered by the strategy.
– The strategy will bring together all the documents adopted to date aimed at reducing emissions and increasing energy efficiency in KSK.
– The condition of individual buildings will determine the potential for energy and operational cost savings.
– An assessment of the operation and use of the buildings with regard to their community and societal impact.
– A proposal on how to monitor energy consumption.
– A description of the barriers to reducing emissions and taking action.
