Scope of services:
​• providing services and activities before commissioning of builiding – “mobilization phase”,
​• technical management of the building and its technological equipment,
​- maintenance and prophylactic inspections of gas and pressure equipment, lifting equipment, electric high-current technologies, ventilation, air conditioning, distribution of central heating, fire protection systems,
– operation, repairs and minor operational maintenance (including sewerage, water distribution),
​- operation of a gas boiler room,
​• CAFM software, Helpdesk and Call-center,
​• environmental services, consultancy,
​• object documentation and passportization, reporting.
