Scope of activities:
– provision of activities prior to the handover of the object to the proper operation – “mobilization phase”,
– technical management of the object and its technological equipment,
– maintenance and prophylactic inspections of gas and pressure equipment, lifting equipment, electric power technologies, BMS, air-conditioning, air-conditioning, water distribution systems, fire protection systems (PPK, ZOTK, SHZ),
– servicing, repairs and minor operational maintenance (including sewerage, water distribution, laps and sumps),
– operation of gas boiler room,
– CAFM software, Helpdesk and Call-centre,
– environmental services, consultancy,
– object documentation and passporting, reporting.
