Facility management for CSOB Bank in Zuckermandel
Since April 2017, ENGIE Services in Slovakia has been providing technical facility management services for CSOB Bank headquarter in Zuckermandel, a new polyfunctional zone in Bratislava. It is a continuation of a cooperation mobilisation stage which started in June 2016 and included engineering activities performed even before the zone was put into operation.
Zuckermandel is located in the Old City Center, bordering Bratislava castle on one side and the River Danube on the other. The modern polyfunctional zone consists of 7 buildings with apartments, administrative areas and shops.
ENGIE Services started cooperating with CSOB Bank HQ residing in the Zuckermandel zone, in June 2016. This was during the so-called mobilisation stage, which included assessing and commenting on the project to be implemented, reporting during construction, participating in taking over the zone and in operational tests. In addition, the company was responsible for assessing, commenting on and checking the developer´s documentation related to taking over the zone and participating in training needed for the operation of equipment and technologies in the zone.
As part of a contract signed for 4 years, in April 2017, ENGIE Services started to provide services for ČSOB HQ which include preventive maintenance, supplying small consumables, corrective (operational) maintenance, minor repairs, expert inspections and expert tests for all equipment.
