{"id":9979,"date":"2025-09-12T15:13:42","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T13:13:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/engie.sk\/a-new-school-year-at-engie-practice-that-makes-sense\/"},"modified":"2025-09-23T15:17:31","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T13:17:31","slug":"a-new-school-year-at-engie-practice-that-makes-sense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/engie.sk\/en\/a-new-school-year-at-engie-practice-that-makes-sense\/","title":{"rendered":"A new school year at ENGIE: Practice that makes sense"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This September we started the new school year with <strong>dual education and apprenticeships<\/strong> at ENGIE. <strong>16 students from secondary vocational schools<\/strong> are joining our teams in <strong>Bratislava, Nitra and Poprad<\/strong>, who want to combine theory with practice. <\/p>\n<p>We offer them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>real experience<\/strong> and working with modern technologies,<\/li>\n<li><strong>support from experienced colleagues<\/strong> from day one,<\/li>\n<li>the opportunity to be part of a team and do work that is meaningful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Supporting technical education is key for us &#8211; it helps address the shortage of skilled professionals while bringing <strong>new energy and fresh ideas<\/strong> to our teams.
