This is a continuation of 10 years of cooperation with the second largest bank in Slovakia. In contrast to the previous period, when ENGIE Services provided its services only for the head office and branches in the west and centre of the country, it has now managed to acquire all the bank&#8217;s properties across Slovakia.    <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ENGIE Services has been cooperating with VUB Bank since 2010. Since then, it has undergone several rebrands and has successfully defended its position as a stable and reliable supplier of quality property management services. On the basis of winning the last tender, since 1 October it has been providing comprehensive services for V\u00daB Bank&#8217;s headquarters in Bratislava and 155 branches across Slovakia, with a total managed area of almost 133 thousand m\u00b2. The comprehensive portfolio of services delivered to VUB Bank includes technical and commercial facilities management, infrastructure and energy management of real estate, measurement of operational parameters of systems and Total Guarantee performance of repairs of real estate, inventory and equipment, in which ENGIE Services guarantees the performance of repairs at its own expense without any financial participation of the client.   <\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are delighted to have won the tender and are proud that we can continue to provide quality comprehensive property management services for such an important client as VUB Bank.
