The comprehensive portfolio of<\/a> one supplier offers the client services from different areas and, in addition, thanks to their synergistic interconnection, makes cost-effective use of its resources, increases operational efficiency, reduces energy consumption and overall costs. The advantage of working with a single supplier is that he knows the client’s environment, equipment and facilities perfectly and is able to propose the most optimal solution, which he then implements, finances and operates. Property and Facility Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

ENGIE provides Property and Facility Management<\/a> services for logistics clients as well as Asset Management services for park owners. ENGIE strives to digitize everything it can. Online remote monitoring of sites, buildings and facilities is standard. In addition, all Facility Management activities are electronically recorded and available online to the owner or tenants. <\/p>\n\n

Energy services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

As part of the synergistic use of services, ENGIE also provides energy production and distribution(electricity<\/a>, heat and cooling) for its customers in addition to Facility Management. “Examples of successful cooperation are industrial parks <\/em>in Great Ide<\/em><\/a> a <\/em>in Senica<\/em><\/a>where we have built and modernised transformer stations and are currently operating them and supplying electricity directly to the designated location,”<\/em> says R\u00f3bert Ru\u0148anin.<\/p>\n\n

ENGIE offers clients a static and dynamic energy mix with an emphasis on meeting the A0 criteria. Within the static mix, it generates and distributes energy on-site, through transformer stations, boiler plants, cogeneration units, photovoltaics or batteries for deviation control. In contrast to the static mix, in the dynamic mix ENGIE conveniently purchases green energy through a PPA model (virtual power plant). <\/p>\n\n

“Modern technologies today allow us to produce energy more efficiently, for example, by using waste heat, through <\/em>IoT solutions<\/em><\/a> collect data related to energy consumption or measure humidity in logistics halls.
