In December 2014, Cofely in Malacky successfully handed over an EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) project, the aim of which was the design and implementation of measures to reduce the energy consumption of thermal-technical equipment and buildings in the administration and property of the town – sports hall, municipal center of social services and cinema.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The project for the renovation of selected buildings and facilities was implemented, including the provision of the financial resources needed for their modernisation. In the design and the reconstruction itself, Cofely used the most modern construction technologies with an emphasis on long-term durability, efficient and reliable operation of individual facilities and buildings to achieve the highest possible energy savings. “The reconstruction of construction and technological equipment, in addition to the savings achieved, will ensure the reliability of operation of individual buildings and, of course, comfort and thermal comfort for their visitors,” says R\u00f3bert Ru\u0148anin, Key Account Manager of Cofely. After the successful implementation of the savings measures and the adjustment of the operating mode, the period of guaranteeing the achieved savings will start from next year. The investment and all related costs of the energy-saving measures will be gradually repaid from the achieved savings in operating energy costs. Cofely is committed to achieving annual savings of 28% for the first 10 years. During the term of the contractual relationship, it will oversee the operation of the buildings’ energy system and evaluate energy consumption to ensure that the guaranteed savings are achieved. <\/p>\n

      • \n\t\treplacement of thermostatic valves,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • \n\t\tinstallation of IQRC headers,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • \n\t\thydraulic regulation of the system,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • \n\t\treplacement of HVAC units (pool unit, locker room ventilation),<\/span><\/li>\n
      • \n\t\tcomplete modification of all HVAC nodes,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • \n\t\tReplacement of lighting (LED spotlights and LED fixtures in the pool, fitness center and gym),<\/span><\/li>\n
