It is currently providing the same services for Block C, which is under construction. Thanks to the successful cooperation with the Titus development company, ENGIE has started work on the preparatory phase of the boiler room modernization in their next project, Borovicov\u00fd h\u00e1j in Ko\u0161ice.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cooperation on the Titus Klimkovi\u010dova project began in June 2015, when ENGIE started to provide its services in the field of technology installation within the framework of Phase II of the Klimkovi\u010dova Street residential complex development project. The project consists of three residential buildings (A,B,C), which are situated in an attractive location of the city of Ko\u0161ice. In 2016, ENGIE built a gas boiler room including a gas connection and provided metering and control services within Block A. The boiler house is currently operated by Termming, a member of the ENGIE Group, and the heat and hot water produced is supplied to the owners of the flats through management companies. In 2017, ENGIE Services built the boiler house for Block B from its own investments and provided the installation of electrical, low-current and heating and water distribution systems, telecommunications connections, installation of HVAC, active lightning protection and public lighting. Block B was successfully commissioned in August. ENGIE is also providing the same works and services for Block C, which is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.   <\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Cooperation with the Titus development company will continue next year. The plan is to build three more residential buildings, within which we will invest in new boiler rooms. In addition, we are also planning the installation of technological units.
