It develops mainly in the areas of development and improvement of the organisation&#8217;s business activities, with the main focus of its efforts on the quality fulfilment of the requirements and expectations of customers and other interested partners, on the continuous improvement of its activities in the field of environmental protection and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, identification of activities within the framework of information security management and the introduction of risk assessment criteria in accordance with the standards STN EN ISO 9001, STN EN ISO 14001, STN EN ISO 45001, EN ISO\/IEC 27001 and STN EN ISO 50001. <\/p>\n<p>By adopting a quality management system policy, the management of the company commits to and pursues :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Establishing and maintaining clear rules<\/strong> in all activities and processes throughout the organisation,<\/li>\n<li>Achieving full <strong>compliance with customer requirements, needs and expectations<\/strong> by knowing and anticipating customer needs,<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with <strong>legal and other environmental<\/strong>, <strong>health and safety and OHS<\/strong> <strong>requirements<\/strong> related to our area of operation,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous improvement of the<\/strong> level of <strong>education and qualification of our employees <\/strong>as well as of our co-workers in order to achieve and maintain the highest standard of services,<\/li>\n<li>by the quality preparation of deliveries and services based on our experience<br>and the latest knowledge, to <strong>prevent the possibility of emergencies<\/strong> <strong>and accidents at<\/strong> the workplaces of our customers and employees.
